THE MUSIC BUREAU PRODUCTION LIBRARY is a new, exciting production music library based in the UK and available over the internet for worldwide Film, TV, Advertising and Media use at competitive rates.

The two principals of MBPL are highly experienced in this specialised market. Graham Walker, first started in the music business at the KPM Music Library; the leading library that put library music on the map as an acceptable high quality alternative. Graham and Mike Moran, his partner in The Music Bureau then started the Themes International Music Library which very quickly became the leading library in contemporary high quality production music. Graham then established himself as a worldwide known film music producer who’s credits include ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley,’ ‘Sid and Nancy’ (the Sex Pistols biopic), and Sleepy Hollow among many other major productions [Graham Walker's CV].

Mike Moran, a world renowned musician and composer who’s credits include ‘Barcelona’ (composer, orchestrator and producer), performed by Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe. Mike has composed the original scores for feature films such as ‘Time Bandits’, ‘The Missionary’ and most recently ‘Blessed’ which is soon to be released to much critical acclaim. He has also been the music arranger for many artists including talents such as Sir Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and Rod Stewart among many others and was also the 5th off-stage member of Queen. The Music Bureau Production Library will encompass the joint talents of these two highly experienced and creative musicians to present a production library second to none.

An important element of the MBPL catalogue will be an established classical label with a broad repertoire of all styles of classical music.

The library will be launched in March 2008 with an initial release of 10 albums which will be added to on a monthly basis so that in a short time the catalogue will have a broad spectrum of all styles of music for use by the film, TV and advertising industries.
